I bought the Medit i500 and they have tons of videos on how to get it working and working well for you in your office. They were always available whenever I called, even one time I ran into an emergency after hours and Kaila picked up and saved the night. My tip for scanning single crowns: While waiting for anesthesia, Scan the upper and lower quadrants and record the bite. Then i delete the tooth to be scanned.
